I think for me, healing is just kind of doing what makes you feel good, what, not to be cliche, but what fills up your cup. Serving these people and following this journey that is not typical and it's not easy, but it's what feels right. I'm just I don't even know what to say like that is just I mean that's all anyone can ask for and I just think you even saying like I was fine I didn't even know like I needed to heal. Like that's the beauty of healing is that there are times where we are so aware that something needs to change. And then there are things that should completely piece our soul back together that we didn't even know we needed.
