I almost can't pull the two apart, that my journey of recovery, of reclaiming my inner light, of finding the light in the dark, has been through a series of practices, and so my hope and intention, through this platform that I'm creating, is to give you a place to explore these practices with someone who is also exploring them and has used them to de-escalate suffering and future suffering.
