I love, I'm very in my body, I've always been that way. So how can I use my body to heal my mind and doing certain whether it's breath work, whether it's again for me, cold showers, going for a long walk and working out, being active and getting things moving, and then almost like for me, it's like a form of connection through sweat, through discomfort, and then literally having a measurable growth and then taking those same principles and just looking at them in a spiritual aspect and an emotional aspect.
