Imagine floating on a serene lake at night, feeling the cool water buoy you up as you gaze at the starry sky. This episode of 'Happy Mind' takes you on a meditative journey inspired by the teachings of the ancient mystic Plotinus. Serena guides you through a 20-minute meditation that uses the metaphor of a mirror to help you reconnect with your true self, beyond the physical and mental layers that often define us.
Plotinus believed that our true nature is fundamentally different from our physical forms. Through spiritual transcendence, he taught that we could regain contact with the perfect within ourselves.
