So I hope that's helped many of you. Apologies if you're listening and you have the opposite problem where you feel like you're losing too much weight and you're struggling to put that on. I will do a podcast about that in the future as well. But this was kind of my personal journey too. I can really relate to it. You know, yo-yo dieting, food for soothing, food for celebrating. I'm really conscious of this with my children now that if they do something well, I don't want to just be like, oh, let's go out for a meal. And equally, if things are bad, let's go and get a bar of chocolate. Because what we're doing is we're associating then food with positivity and negativity. And that's how I was. Like literally, if something good happened, I'd want to eat something. If something bad happened, I'd want to eat something.
