For me, because I was so isolated and disconnected, I came to see which was the turning point for me that enabled me to ask for help, which previously I was not able to ask for help was seeing that I was okay and that I was perfect just as I am, and that I was connected to other people, and that I was just as good as anyone else and not worse, and that I was not a horrible person.
