Feeling hungry is a different feeling than feeling sad. And then the sugar might be the fuel to like push yourself to get it done, or that ability to just deny the way that my body is talking to me and saying like: I'm afraid right now, traffic right and the frustration of being in traffic, that is a great trigger to want to eat, and that's why people keep snacks in their car late night, exhaustion, being tired- another huge trigger to want to go into disordered eating.
