I think the biggest things that I would tell people if they're in the middle of it, they're in the thick of things is don't just get too granular and don't just look at all like the details back up a little bit and look at the general sense of what's happening and just try to be try to be grateful for what's going on even if it seems like everything is going down around you there is something there's something to be grateful for and just hold on to that one thing and try to build on that and try to change your perspective and shift your perspective as much as possible.
