You get to change it. I hope so. And I also think like, not like if there's a lot that needs to be changed, like writing it down, being aware of it, but then maybe just picking one thing that really you find is detrimental in your life right now and just focus on that one thing. And then you'll get the confidence that, oh my gosh, I did change that. And you'll change it without even realizing that it's been changed and then move on to the next thing.
