Today was an easy conversation with friends, just saying, 'Hey, I really have fear of missing out with you guys today. I know you're going to have a blast. I really need just solitude and quiet and I need to stay here and make no commitments. So have a great time and I look forward to seeing your pictures and I'll see you when you get back.' And that feels really good. That's just a really positive way for me to take care of myself.
