Environmental Toxins and Mental Health: A Conversation with Dr. Marillea Yu

I think the knowledge piece is really important and not everyone has to be all riled up about it. So maybe not so much canned soup all the time, right, there are some times where you do need to eat out of a can because maybe you don't have time to actually make you know homemade soup, right, that's fine. So now you're telling me I got to make my own soup. But, but you know, even beyond that is like, I don't know. You know, if you have to eat something that's packaged going into, like something that's packaged in glass, right, because you can get soup in Mason Jars in the refrigerated section and there may be a little bit of bpa in it because, like in the cover, but it's much less than the whole soup coming into contact with it because it's surrounded by a can. So, like part of environmental medicine, like for me, is also seeing how you can reduce the detrimental impact that you may have on the environment.
