<p>Thanks for joining me for this weeks episode of One For The Road. </p><p>This week I am joined by acclaimed Canadian rapper, Daniel Nwosu Jr. aka Dax, famed for his singles ‘Dear God and his most recent and extremely powerful ‘Dear Alcohol’ reached the top ten of the Billboard Bubbling Under Hot 100 charts. </p><p>He grew up in Ottawa, Canada and started drinking at 17 years old. His drinking became habitual and after his first year of touring and the pandemic his drinking was essentially a part of his everyday routine.After releasing ‘dear alcohol’ he knew it was time to stop, and was sober for 4 months. Whilst he relapsed during a vacation, Dax is now over a month sober again.
