I found that and NA narcotics anonymous and AA alcoholics anonymous did not work for me. I was told for 11 years that that was the only way to get sober. And I'm not bashing anyone who, who does it. If it works for you, that's great, but it didn't work for me. So, I had to find something else that worked for me and yeah.
