The process of getting ready is sometimes having to take a step into the unknown. But when we look at time and expediting our results, it's like you may have had this relationship to alcohol for 20, 30, 40 years and wanting to change it for the last two, three, four, five years. You've been struggling. You've been giving it your time. You've been giving it your attention, you've been giving it your energy. So expediting your results, right? I start with my clients in a container of four months, one-on-one, and then 12 months in total where we're, you know, we're in communication and they have access to coaching. So it's like, we're expediting your results. If you can put in the work and that's the thing, it's like, we don't want to always unpack it, right? It's like the resistant, our initial brain tells us that it's time, money, energy, but it's really about if this worked, right, then what, right? Like, it's like, if this worked, then I wouldn't have any excuses. But you're looking at it from a perspective of desiring alcohol, not from the perspective of someday I won't want to either. So it's not about having to face the fear that I'm never going to be able to have a drink again and I won't be the person that, I know I'm not the person that can just have one glass of wine. My invitation is to you is what if you become the person that doesn't even want that one glass of wine? That's what we do together here through the process of the nervous system refinement.
