I didn't see any Black women who were talking about it, especially on TikTok. And so that made me feel even more alone because I would click the hashtag sober and I wouldn't see anyone who looked like me. Are they not talking about it? Yeah, they're not talking about it. Yeah. And I just said like, Hey, I'm six months sober. And I got a lot of overwhelming, like not in a bad way, but like overwhelming happy feelings from people who were supportive. And I just decided to keep sharing my story because I think, you know, just seeing someone who looks like you and saying, hey, I've been through this same thing, it inspired me to continue to do it. - Ryann Cooke
