We feel um advocating for those techniques that are very much somatic and tapping is very much a somatic based technique. It works directly with your nervous system or directly with your body, so you can do it while your community is still under a lot of um you know traumatic experiences, and you will have and you can work with that so I'm really glad that kind of you know, there's a lot of evidence that's coming in to support this approach.

Aga, originally from Slupsk, Poland, and Jess, who lived in Ukraine until early 2022, share how they co-created the 'Support for Slupsk' initiative. This project has already trained over 800 people, equipping them with tapping techniques and somatic trauma relief tools. They also discuss the neurobiology behind these methods, offering a fascinating look at how simple actions can make a huge difference.
