We feel um advocating for those techniques that are very much somatic and tapping is very much a somatic based technique. It works directly with your nervous system or directly with your body, so you can do it while your community is still under a lot of um you know traumatic experiences, and you will have and you can work with that so I'm really glad that kind of you know, there's a lot of evidence that's coming in to support this approach.
