You release a lot of hormones with a physical touch to begin with. So oxytocin is a hormone that releases from hugs and from love and from kindness and from everything, which is so very important. And this is a regulated hormone. I have another lesson now. So if you want to be at peace and if you want to stay cool and lower your cortisol levels levels oxytocin is a good solution and a quick solution and it's free.
