Letting Go: Buddy C’s Meditation on Surrender in Step 3

So one of the real blessings of the program was that I was able to turn all of these things over to the care of god. That stressed me so much, because I tried to orchestrate life, mostly to either hold on to these things or to get something that I wanted I did not have. It was really fear. All of my life was about orchestrating to keep my fears at bay. And what a relief when I realized I could turn all of this over to god's care, all of this life.
Ever feel like you're holding onto too much in your recovery journey? Buddy C. dives into the heart of Step 3 with a 20-minute meditation designed to help you let go and trust a higher power.
