Kelvin Young's journey to sustained recovery is anything but ordinary. As a certified sound healer and recovery support specialist, Kelvin hasn't touched alcohol or drugs since March 6th, 2009. This episode of the 'Recovery Matters! Podcast' dives into his unique path to healing, which includes yoga, meditation, and creative expressive arts. Kelvin's story is a testament to the power of addressing emotional and mental distress in healthy ways.
He even used his time in prison to focus on inner work, setting the foundation for his recovery.
