Today is day seven of my health transformation. So I've been on this real extreme diet where I'm doing intermittent fasting. I'm drinking my water with cayenne pepper and cloves and apple cider vinegar. I'm eating no later than 7 PM. I have my fruits and vegetables. I have my flax seeds, my prebiotic fiber, my probiotic fiber. I have all type of fruits and antioxidants: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, watermelons, all type of good, healthy food. So I'm pretty much on a plant-based diet, with a little bit of protein here and there, but I'm really just really getting my discipline together. So this episode, the theme, is discipline.
