In the alcohol-free journey, it can be a lot of inner work that we're doing, a lot of hard things that come up because we're no longer having something to numb out. Fulfilling and when I'm in nature and I see these signs like I believe in spirit animals as well I feel like it's always telling me I have your back what you're doing is right you know I see angel numbers all the time too and I'm just this when I was drinking every day was a slight shade of gray and so it just kind of was always working like a slight hangover, never really seeing what I see now. And it's this awe and wonder and magic that when you're drinking just isn't there because you're so in tune with that connection that I'm talking about to your inner knowing to the earth, like we're all one, right?
