The work that we do, man. Mark does this thing where when he graduates a level two class of Elliptic coaches, he asks every one of the Elliptic coaches to write me an email to say something about what they think about the program. And I get these, you know, once a quarter, I get 20 to 30 emails of people telling me what it is that they've gained from the work. And to me, that's what inspires me. That there are other people out there who have the motivation to make that change in their lives, whatever that change may be, to make themselves better.
