Lauren's journey with alcohol began at an early age. A sip of beer at a family party when she was just six or seven sparked a curiosity that would soon grow into a full-blown addiction. By the time she was 14, Lauren was a regular drinker, earning a reputation as the life of the party. Her teenage years were marked by constant drinking, and even her job as a bartender allowed her to indulge without limits.

She shares, 'I couldn't stop drinking, I was sweating, I just was physically not able to get through a day without a drink. That's really just how it starts One Day.
