I think there's something to be said about the importance of hope and something that's so frustrating about borderline though is I considered myself in remission for like a few years and I just had like a bad breakup and I was all the like suicidal ideation like self-harm like ideation all of that came back full swing and it was to the point where like my dog was the reason why I stayed like logically my brain was telling me like you could just leave and everyone would be fine eventually like in a few years right and but I just couldn't imagine just like leaving my dog and obviously I know now like I have more perspective now that my brain isn't like in crashing like explosion mode like I'm I'm good you know but the fact that like my service dog like the idea of her not being able to have her person anymore oh that was just I don't know I really care about her and like I feel like a responsibility towards her
