Vulnerability is the key to connection. I think so. I think that's another piece of guys a lot of times I mean I didn't understand that at all until a few years ago where you think it's the opposite you think it's that people are going gonna love me because I'm impressive or I'm accomplished and smart and so they're gonna love me and respect me and like we need respect as well but but we don't realize that it's kind of the opposite actually people don't connect to people that seem out of reach and they're not as authentic when you're just kind of proclaiming who you are instead of in a deeper way talking from your essence.
Henry Davis has a refreshing take on mental health that might just change the way you think about well-being. In this episode, he shares his journey of discovering how movement can be a powerful tool for improving mental health, especially for men. From his experiences working in schools to his various community projects, Henry emphasizes the importance of unity and support in fostering mental wellness. But it's not just about exercise; it's about creating connections and being vulnerable.
Henry opens up about finding his voice and identity, and how these elements play a crucial role in mental health. The conversation touches on changing narratives around mental and emotional health, stressing the need for more open discussions.
