The mindset for me is, is it's done. And so his community, which was a great thing, I mean, as a byproduct, he reached out and said, hey, I need help, which is the whole premise of this is you can ask for help and you can certainly receive support but and there's and and remember i'm talking now i'm talking to an individual listening to this remember how good it is to be able to step up and support somebody in their time of need right and then remember how it's a gift that if you request support that it is for somebody else to be able to do that stepping up for you so if that's reciprocity that's a big thing that you know we can break through as a collective and and understanding that it's okay to request support it's a privilege for other people to support us.
