Grief is the hardest thing I've ever been through. And I've been through stuff in my life, but that is the hardest thing I've been through and be able to pull myself out of it as well. Like I just wasn't, you know, I went to work. And also I sort of get my self-care from having these sort of conversations but the loss of interest, the loss of passion for anything, you know, I haven't had that before but I'd be happy to sit in the chair for a couple of hours not doing much but watching crappy TV whereas there's usually things I want to do around the house or go out and do things and it was like a feeling of being stuck and also what's the point? What's the point in carrying on because you know I'm of a similar age to adrian you're close behind me and feeling like well if we do stuff what's the point you know maybe i've got 20 years left 30 years maybe 10 why why bother doing anything you know if this could happen yeah.
