I thought it was some kind of character defect that I didn't know what I didn't know. So humility there was being teachable and saying it's OK to not know that that's what it is or for me or was I didn't know it was okay not to know. I had to know or otherwise you were a zero, you know, a piece of shit, so I just would make it up that I knew, and my counselor or therapist and sponsor said just allow yourself not to know, see what that feels like and say, I want you to practice saying, I don't know.
