You know, I'm going to tell you, actually, methadone saved my life, and what I mean by that is by the mid -60s I was already living in Harlem and New York City. So it's being totally abused in my case- just my case, I believe it kept me from this incredible downward spiral that I was in the middle of, and that's why I'm alive Today.
