Steps 8 & 9: Embracing Humility and Healing with Elizabeth Chance

Don't give up until the miracle happens and really take the time, if you can, to just say- and I know it's crazy, but like near work really works for me, and Louise Hay was this woman that that I think invented it or founded, or at least she named it- mere work, where you, you know, you put the post-it notes in your house and around your, wherever you live, and you say I am enough and I love myself, and it's it's all ok, like I mean I love Elizabeth is a big thing that I had to write around my house for a long time because I had these voices in my head that said, no, I wasn't good enough.
What happens when you reach Steps 8 and 9 in your recovery journey? In this episode of 'Busy Livin' Soba', Elizabeth Chance opens up about her personal experiences with these pivotal steps. She talks candidly about the importance of willingness and the challenging yet rewarding process of making amends. For Elizabeth, these steps were transformative, helping her to embrace humility and self-acceptance in ways she never imagined possible.
She dives into the mindset shifts needed to overcome self-doubt and negative self-talk, offering a heartfelt look at her own struggles and triumphs.
