I am so I don't like there's not I don't need anything yeah to be okay and when you're stripped bare of everything you don't have you don't have the drink to elevate your mood and just take you to a fun party when you're just left with yourself it is digging deep and finding the simplest things that you're grateful for and and being okay on your own outside of a partnership outside of friends just you on your own and I find gratitude's that thing that brings me back to that.
