Finding Peace: Garrett Avery on Letting Go of the Fight

The bigger question for me at this point is: what am I fighting against? And in my case, the answer has to be yes, because a lot of these times I'm fighting to try and move around the universe in a way that the universe doesn't necessarily want to move at that time, which is why I'm fighting right, why I have to struggle with it.
Garrett Avery has spent a lifetime believing that if something is worth having, it's worth fighting for. In this episode of 'E4C: Crafting Your Path', he takes a step back to question that very mindset. Exhausted from years of battling for every inch of progress, Garrett shares his realization that not all of life's significant transitions can be conquered through sheer force. Instead, he suggests a different approach: listening to your intuition and understanding what you're truly up against.
Garrett delves into his personal journey, revealing how letting go of the constant fight has brought him closer to a more peaceful and fulfilling life. He encourages listeners to consider their own struggles and whether fighting is the best way forward. With his usual mix of storytelling and practical advice, Garrett offers a fresh perspective on personal growth and mindfulness.
If you're feeling worn out from life's battles, this episode might just offer the insight you need to find a new way forward.
