For me, this wanting to talk about this is that there's that there is that great, what I want to call a gray area of drinking, the gray area of drinking is, you are still high functioning, you still can, can you know, homeschool the kids, because you know some kids are back to school now and some kids are home, or you can show up to your job and do it effectively and um, but at the same time you can have a drinking problem.
What does it take to transform your life in just 93 days? In this episode of the Sobertown Podcast, Viv, also known as Sober_iThrive, opens up about her journey to sobriety and self-love.
