Imagine waking up groggy, only to face a daunting dentist appointment with five fillings on the agenda. That’s how Luke Hand's day began. Surprisingly, the dentist turned out to be incredibly comforting and caring, leaving Luke feeling grateful. Unfortunately, she’s leaving the industry soon, which is a real bummer for Luke as he would have loved to visit her again.
After the dental ordeal, Luke tried to unwind by watching David and Mary’s horse race from the comfort of the Cally. Despite being the favorite, the horse didn’t place, adding a bit of disappointment to his day. But Luke didn't let that keep him down for long. He visited his friends Ash and Marty, which helped lift his spirits. The evening took a turn for the better with a family dinner at Myrtle with his mum.
The day wrapped up with Luke watching 'Jonathan Livingston Seagull', a movie that seemed to perfectly capture his mixed emotions for the day.
