From Barstools to Brighter Days: Alicia Padovich's Path to Sobriety

I think the most powerful one thus far has been forcing myself to find three moments of actual joy in Every Day...So I've been trying to in some ways understand how to pull myself up when I'm not feeling on the up and up, and a lot of that has just been like: okay, what's going on right now? Do I still have to keep looking at it in this positive thing? So I don't know that I can say that you know, on December 14th Of This Year I'm going to go right to the bottle, because I think you know I've done some sober januaries and all that garbage in the past and after like days, I just, you know, kicked the can down the curb a little longer just to see how long it can keep going. So you know who's to say that I'll even be allowed to drink in Like A Year.
