If you're going through a situation like this in any way, shape or form, even though it feels counterproductive, get enough sleep. It's tasty. It will fill you up... You have to take care of your body so that you can think through the situations and decisions that you have to make with a clear mind. It's very hard. Be very nice to yourself, take care of yourself, and know that it's no matter what, it's not your fault.
