We do need to find a location and that location is gonna cost money. And then if we have to renovate it, it's gonna cost even more money. And then once it's up and running, we have to hire staff, you know, so it's a whole program. And so we are asking the community to step up and be partners with us and help us, you know, just be partners with us and jump on the bandwagon.
