Your sobriety, I mean, is it worth the three to five days of withdrawal? The golden ticket is after a holiday and you wake up and you feel well rested and you get out on your walk, you do your morning routine. You do it for the sunrise sunrise you do it for all of those things that we yes and my I even had my kids notice it they're like oh my god look at that sunrise I mean and you're probably where you are too the god the sunrises are so beautiful right now like so many colors and I would have missed that those are the things I missed or I wouldn't have been able to pick up on that and that may sound woo-woo, but that's actually the natural joy that you get in sobriety.
