Your problems should only define you in as much as they define at the level you're at. If your problems are, I don't want to live anymore, then that's what we're going to work on. If your problems are, I'm 50 pounds overweight, then that's what we're going to work on. If your problems are, I'm afraid to speak on camera, then that's what we're going to work on.
