A Day with Luke Hand: Snorkeling Dreams and Market Adventures
I burned it for hours and it barely put a dent in the level of the wax. Seems like a very good quality candle.
Ever had a day where simple pleasures make everything feel just right? Luke Hand shares one of those days in this episode. It all starts with a good night's sleep filled with dreams of snorkeling alongside huge fish and whales. Luke then heads to the market with his family, where his son embarks on his first solo errand to buy a candle.
The quality of the candle impresses Luke so much that he burns it for three hours, barely making a dent in the wax. Luke also indulges in a delicious beetroot paratha from a friendly stall owner and encounters a man with an intriguingly gravelly voice. His day wraps up with playing with an adorable baby who’s almost ready to take her first steps, picking up some litter, and doing some meal prep juicing.
Despite not getting around to some work tasks, Luke remains optimistic, enjoying the nice weather and celebrating his favorite sports team's win. Through it all, he keeps a positive outlook, rating his mood at six out of ten. This episode is a lovely reminder to cherish everyday moments and find joy in the little things.
