It's a good reminder to me to scramble if I need to, but to do the work, to capture that frog, to capture the thought, the memory, the thinking, the attitude, and give it to God. Put it in my God box, or just like throw it in the God pond, I don't know. And to rest assured that that is where it will be attended to, and that I then get to walk in the freedom of not holding onto something that I'm not meant to hold onto, that's not for me to hang on to, and trust and know that my higher power will take care of it.
