It's a life's journey, but there has been, you know, that angst that you carry around and it lives in you and that resentment you have over things or people or of yourself um this is a way that you can unpack that and and a lot of that can just if not disappear go to such a lower level and uh it's just happened over so as it started to happen and you know things like somebody's showing up late or we have a history of her picking me up late one time for my birthday and i was so i was so angry but then when you have these moments where you can find the humanity in yourself and somebody else and understand and kind of see oh I can see how that could have happened there's something about the understanding even if you don't solve the problem it's like it's basically being heard being listened to and being even if you're just doing it for yourself I'm like hearing it for myself, self-empathy, that when that angst, which I would call, I think that angst can turn into cancer. Whatever you want to call that, when I've experienced it like over and over being gone in myself, it's like, yeah really it's really powerful in that way for me.
