I feel like I'm a completely different person than I was three years ago. I feel like I had a lot of emotional blockages. The thing that really broke it for me was vulnerability, like reading about vulnerability and shame and fear and seeing just how much not being honest with yourself and allowing yourself to feel negative or feel sad or feel angry while still, you know, I think the first few years with all the armor gave me a lot of tools on how to harness and express those things with tact, but I wouldn't let myself let it come all the way out.
