Here's the quote, and it's really quite beautiful. He says, deep within us all, there is an amazing inner sanctuary of the soul, a holy place, a divine center, a speaking voice to which we may continually return. Kelly's a beautiful writer, and this is really the basic premise of two-way prayer, that there is within each of us, an amazing inner sanctuary of the soul, that if we will go to that inside of ourselves, last damn place we'd ever think of to look for God, we will find a divine center. And he says we'll find a speaking voice. And that's what I found in the two-way prayer, a speaking voice, a voice that communicates with us and we're able to return to it over and over and over again.
