However, Tilda's experience in AA helped her quickly integrate into Nairobi's AA community, establishing a strong support network. The advent of Zoom meetings allowed her to reconnect with old friends and continue her recovery journey across continents. Tilda's story is not just about overcoming addiction; it's about finding joy, gratitude, and fellowship in sobriety.
