As we work all this hard step six work, it's going to be worked in your step 10 and we'll really highlight when we get there when you're working step 10 it's like almost exclusively step six a lot of it is really working on step six really changing and learning continuing to watch for these defects and then we turn we ask god for help we talk to someone immediately we make amends quickly if we have harmed anyone then we resolutely turn our thoughts to someone who we can help and then we cease fighting anything or anyone and love and tolerance becomes our code.
