I found that when I do too much of that, it's like I get confused and I start making these decisions that, you know, like okay, well maybe I'm not going to work over here because I'm now I'm over here in this area and maybe that and it puts limitations and it and it can I can lay itself out so I've learned that the strategy for me is that I do the the next thing literally what's in front of me and then I just leave the expectations and and and that has actually been something that I started out of anxiety because I just had so much anxiety to bring it back to a moment or to an hour but then I began to see that this is the way that's easier because I see that I've missed I would have missed this or I would have done that or I would have so to just do the next thing and then it's a it's an adventure how things go tomorrow I can decide tomorrow but I do the best that I can today and then I know that whatever's in front of me, that's, that's what should be in front of me, because I'm not making it murky with my own self will, I'm just really doing the next thing in front of me to the best of my ability.
