So, whether that be talking to your parents or a trusted adult or a sibling, a friend, anybody, even a stranger in a helpline, you know we've got the kids helpline, we've got the texting apps now and so many different outlets that you can reach for help, and we just think that getting it out there is just going to be the really the first, but also the biggest and sometimes scariest step is to start talking about how we're feeling and just really being honest with ourself and saying: you know I'm not okay at the moment and maybe I do need.
