Through CR, I have learned that I do not need to be here as a supporter, but as a participant in my own recovery.
Roxanna's life story is nothing short of extraordinary. Growing up in a chaotic and violent environment, she quickly learned to fend for herself. This survival mode, however, led her into a spiral of anger, abandonment, and eventually, prison. But Roxanna's journey took a transformative turn when she found Celebrate Recovery. Through the program's open share groups and supportive community, she began to unravel her past hurts, habits, and hang-ups.
She discovered that true freedom comes from accepting the world and others as they are, not as she would have them.
