I think a lot of us just fall into that. It wasn't any motive to step into that. It was just, you know, you try something, you get a resulting desire to try it again, and then you fall into these unconscious habit loops. And that can be as simple as another book that kind of parallels this is Unwinding Anxiety, where he talks about the worry loop, right? So very similar. So yeah, it's just becoming kind of aware at the start of it having a desire right to maybe make some change in your life but also becoming aware that that we are unconscious so the first part of becoming conscious in order to get there we have to be aware that we are unconscious right right right right again I'm in a 12-step program, and our 12-step talk about that. It says, it reads, after having a spiritual awakening as a result of these steps, right, after having a spiritual awakening, really what's taking place is we go through the steps. And basically, we have a working guy guy and it asks us questions right how do you make your clients how you have helped them become aware a conscious of their of their patterns so we start by really looking into how we are physically feeling in the body And so a lot of us become really disconnected from the sensations in the body and really knowing even where we're at.
